Sarah Petty began her journey at MJ as a total rewards specialist and quickly transitioned into a client executive role on our Benefits Consulting team. During her time as a client executive, Sarah discovered her true passion lies in supporting our Compensation + Total Rewards Consulting clients. Drawing on the insights and experience gained in her previous role, Sarah now brings a strong, well-rounded understanding to her work in total rewards strategy. In her current position, Sarah uses her deep understanding of total rewards consulting to assist with job benchmarking, creating salary structures, drafting summary reports and client deliverables. Additionally, she helps the team compile executive compensation research and utilizes various compensation survey tools to perform timely market trend analysis.
Prior to MJ, Sarah gained ample industry experience in benefits, payroll administration, and client relations. Her professional experience and motivation for cross-training enable her to work effectively with all levels of an organization, making her a valuable asset to the MJ team.
