Holden Crossland joined the MJ team as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, Holden consults with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs. He identifies potential risks and develops strategies to manage costs and drive results for our client’s employee benefits programs.
Prior to MJ, Holden most recently served as a sales consultant for Paychex, Inc., where he promoted the Paychex software platform and consulted with existing clients to upgrade services and total contract value. He earned several achievements while serving at Paychex, including “Rookie of the Year” for his segment and area, and he is bringing his distinguished abilities to our team and clients at MJ.
