Kimberly Shedd became a member of the MJ team in 2009, starting as a commercial account manager in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication, she quickly moved up the ranks and currently holds the position of vice president of client experience for the Arizona Risk Management team. In her current role, she ensures the seamless execution of MJ’s consulting process, overseeing the coordination of activities among analytics, risk services, risk transfer, claims consulting, and client advocacy team members. Kimberly also plays a vital role in onboarding processes, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring new associates in the risk management department.
With over two decades of experience within the insurance industry, Kimberly’s expertise lies in risk management strategy and execution, property and casualty insurance, workers’ compensation, experience modification analysis, and claims management. Kimberly and her team work to create comprehensive risk management strategies that align with her clients’ corporate goals. With an eye for detail and a passion for delivering extraordinary solutions, Kimberly inspires her team to always strive for excellence.
