Team MJ

Kayla Berg joined the MJ team as a graphic design specialist and has since been promoted to communication specialist and graphic design lead in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Kayla works with the benefits consulting team to design and develop various client communication materials, imagery, and graphics to increase employee enrollment, activation, and optimal utilization of healthcare benefits. She is also responsible for the conception, development, and creation of client-specific health and wellness brands in partnership with MJ’s population health + wellness team.

Kayla brings with her numerous years of experience supporting client design projects, and her passion for graphic design is evident in her stellar work. She enjoys the creative aspect of graphic design and pushing boundaries to create powerful messages. Kayla always brings innovative design concepts to the table, making her an invaluable asset to MJ.

Neha Byati joined the MJ team as a graphic designer in the Benefits Consulting department. Her role involves managing the complete design process for clients, from ideation to final delivery. Neha creates custom health and wellness resources for each client, ensuring that their brand identity is reflected in every element, from logos to collateral and communication materials.

Prior to MJ, Neha honed her craft in a variety of creative design roles, accumulating a wealth of experience along the way. In these positions, she played a pivotal role in creating diverse design assets that perfectly complemented each client’s overarching strategy. Neha collaborates with the team to seamlessly align her designs with the client’s communication strategy. Her ability to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a professional approach makes her a vital asset to our organization.

Monica Ceja assumed the role of communication consultant within our Benefits Consulting department upon joining the MJ team. In her role at MJ, Monica works collaboratively with our clients to develop and execute custom communication strategies around their employee benefit plans. Monica is responsible for working cross-functionally with other team members to develop multi-channel communications that drive action, awareness, and engagement in our client’s benefits programs.

Prior to joining MJ, Monica has spent more than a decade leading and strengthening her communication skills in her previous roles. Using her strategic mindset, Monica creates communications that are consistent, engaging, and easy to understand. Her passion for client experience and providing exceptional deliverables make her an invaluable asset to the MJ team and our clients.

Kendall Furlong assumed the role of communications coordinator within our Benefits Consulting department upon joining the MJ team. In her role, Kendall collaborates with the communication and engagement team to create custom client communication materials and graphics aimed at boosting employee participation, activation, and maximizing the use of their organization’s healthcare benefits.

Prior to MJ, Kendall spent time working in client service and managing corporate social media channels. Through this work, Kendall realized her passion for client experience and developing communications that generate engagement and drive results. Kendall’s ability to take a complex topic and make it easy to understand makes her an invaluable asset to both MJ and our clients.
