Yazmin Arizmendi joined the MJ team as a client manager in the Benefits Consulting department and has since been promoted to senior client manager. In her role, Yazmin works closely with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies. Her responsibilities include collaborating with consultants on renewal services and contracts, reviewing plan design summaries, and maintaining productive relationships with carrier, TPA, and vendor personnel.
Prior to MJ, Yazmin acquired over six years of experience in the healthcare industry. In her previous roles, Yazmin was responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal process for clients and brokers. Having encountered a variety of client expectations and needs, Yazmin has developed a passion for producing the best quality experience for MJ’s clientele.
