Spencer Millwood joined the MJ team as a risk management associate in the Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. In his role, Spencer works directly with our clients and carrier partners to execute our clients’ insurance program and risk management strategies. Spencer plays an essential role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience while implementing each client’s unique strategy.
Before joining the team, Spencer worked as a portfolio management intern at a real estate investment firm. Through this experience, Spencer worked to streamline existing processes by designing interactive unit maps, showing his commitment for data-driven decision making. This focus, combined with an interest in improving communication across teams makes Spencer an invaluable asset for both the MJ team and our clients.
