Hayden Hunter joined the team as a retirement plan lead advisor in the MJ Retirement department. In his role, Hayden helps employers manage every facet of their retirement plan including fiduciary risk management, committee governance, plan design, investment due diligence, fee benchmarking, vendor oversight, and participant education.
In his former role, Hayden managed 401(k) plans at a large financial services company. He worked with plan sponsors to ensure their plan is properly administered and followed ERISA guidelines. Leveraging this expertise, he assists clients in optimizing their plans for both plan sponsors and participants alike. Hayden is an expert at guiding clients through a variety of activities from 401(k)plan design, company match considerations, compliance testing, employee education, and legislative updates.
