Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key personnel at third-party administrators (TPA), carriers, and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service.
Prior to MJ, Shannon honed her extensive customer service skills through various positions that demanded an exceptional eye for detail. In her most recent role, she utilized data and customer insights to identify opportunities, extract actionable insights, and prioritize the company’s business roadmap. With Shannon’s exceptional attention to detail, client-centric approach, and continuous pursuit of personal growth, she adds immense value to the MJ team.
