Sarah Blade joined the MJ team as an analytics intern and quickly progressed into a full-time associate in our Benefits Consulting department. Currently, Sarah serves as an analyst, where she plays a pivotal role in working with our clients to analyze and understand their healthcare strategy and deliver critical insights through MJ’s proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®.
Prior to her role at MJ, Sarah pursued a master’s degree in management at Butler University. Through her experiences in this program, Sarah realized her passion for data-driven decision making. Sarah effectively leverages her expertise to deliver critical insights facilitating easy and quick access to clean and comprehensive information for MJ and our clients. Sarah’s curiosity and unwavering commitment to expanding her knowledge and skillset have made her an invaluable addition to MJ.
