Prosper Kpotufe joined the MJ team as an associate software engineer, Orr fellow within our Enterprise Data department. Prosper, alongside his team, supports enhancing risk assessment and decision-making processes. With a strong background in data engineering and a passion for innovative strategy that drives business outcomes, Prosper collaborates across business units to understand data requirements and implement tailored solutions focused on continuous improvement, ensuring that insights lead to actionable strategies.
Prior to MJ, Prosper gained experience through a variety of internships where he realized his passion for translating data from abstraction into actionable insights. Throughout these opportunities, Prosper has designed and programmed solutions to specific, complex business problems. His work has acted as a bridge between organizational needs and technology. His passion for designing streamlined, automated processes that enable MJ to better serve our clients makes him a valuable asset to the team.
