Morgan Julian joined the MJ team as a client manager in our Benefits Consulting department, and has since been promoted to a client executive. In her role, Morgan is responsible for the communication, accountability, and execution of annual service plans. She also oversees claims and experience modification reviews, industry benchmarking, claims drill-downs, and alternative modeling. Additionally, Morgan plays a vital role in building and nurturing strong relationships with third-party administrators (TPA), carriers, and vendor partners, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client service.
Before joining MJ, Morgan worked as a senior launch coordinator at Remodel Health, where she honed her skills in developing robust development plans that aligned with the objectives of the organization. Morgan’s experience and outstanding contributions help to assist and support her team to achieve its goals and exceed client expectations.
