Molly Redman joined the MJ team as an analytics intern in our Benefits Consulting department. Upon graduating from Arizona State University, she joined our team part-time as an associate analyst while she furthered her education and earned her master’s degree in applied health informatics. With her advanced qualifications, she quickly rose to the role of senior analyst, where she collaborates closely with our valued clients to understand their strategic goals and provide them with actionable insights from our proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®.
During her time as an analytics intern at MJ, Molly spearheaded a project to organize client data, resulting in significant improvements in the efficiency of our analytics department. This invaluable experience, combined with her academic background, has shaped Molly into a proficient analyst with a profound understanding of uncovering claims data trends for diverse populations.
