Mollie Broglia joined the MJ team as an assistant client manager in the Benefits Consulting department. Mollie was quickly promoted to senior client manager and subsequently to a manager on our client experience team. In her current leadership position, Mollie provides guidance to her team in developing and maintaining client healthcare and benefits strategies. To this end, she oversees team operations, develops innovative solutions, and ensures the highest quality service delivery to clients.
Mollie’s ability to lead with vision, build strong client relationships, and guide the team toward excellence has made her an invaluable asset to the organization. Through strategic thinking and a focus on excellent client service, she drives success for both our clients and our organization.
