Mark Bower joined the MJ team in 2009 as an employee benefits consultant within our Benefits Consulting department and brings over a decade of industry experience with him. In 2022, he was named vice president of sales + strategy. Mark and his team work to provide value and unparalleled service to our clients while helping to execute healthcare and benefit strategies in alignment with their unique company goals.
In his role, Mark specializes in maximizing employee benefits strategies to support an organization’s business goals and objectives. Through his efforts, Mark manages costs and risks, enhances employee recruitment, increases employee retention and satisfaction, creates pharmaceutical solutions, and improves communication and perception of benefits to employees.
