Maria Hernandez joined the MJ team as a member service coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Maria supports our account managers and client executives to deliver an exceptional client experience. Maria provides day-to-day support to our clients such as preparing renewal information and ensuring accuracy in policy
information.
Maria’s previous work experience makes her well-equipped to provide the exceptional client experience that our clients know and love. Prior to MJ, Maria held roles that were heavily client-focused, equipping her with the time management and problem solving skills needed for her role today. Her passion for helping others, attention to detail, and her determination all make her an invaluable member of our team.
