Lindsay Horning joined the MJ team as a communication specialist and was quickly promoted to communication and engagement program lead in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Lindsay works with the team to develop various client communication materials to increase employee enrollment, activation, and optimal utilization of healthcare benefits. She is also responsible for working collaboratively across teams to ensure client communication plans align with their unique business objectives.
Prior to MJ, Lindsay was responsible for managing a team of consultants to provide a high quality level of service, while providing strategic consulting to ensure clients reach their business goals in the corporate benefit and wellness space. Throughout her role, she connected clients with subject matter experts, ensuring that they had access to best-in-class consulting.
