In her role, Lilly focuses on organization and management, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. With a passion for building relationships with others, Lilly acts as a liaison between the MJ Retirement team and other internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
Prior to MJ, Lilly cultivated a diverse background encompassing both administrative support and HR generalist functions. With her exceptional communication and organization skills, Lilly is well-equipped to support our organization.
