Lilly Missler joined the MJ team as an executive assistant to Retirement Plan Advisor and Chief Executive Officer of MJ Retirement, Doug Prince. In her role, Lilly focuses on organization and management, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. With a passion for building relationships with others, Lilly acts as a liaison between the MJ Retirement team and other internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
Prior to MJ, Lilly cultivated a diverse background encompassing both administrative support and HR generalist functions. With her exceptional communication and organization skills, Lilly is well-equipped to support our organization. Her commitment to organizational efficiency, ability to balance multiple tasks, and cheerful demeanor make her an outstanding resource to both MJ and our clients.
