Kelly Botos joined the MJ team in 2012 as a risk transfer specialist within our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance practice. With more than a decade of industry experience and a genuine passion for developing others, Kelly has since transitioned into the role of team lead, where she oversees and mentors fellow risk transfer specialists. Known for her collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge, she serves as a trusted resource and mentor for her team.
In her role, Kelly coordinates service and marketing activities while managing the day‑to‑day servicing needs of her clients. With a strong focus on risk management, trend reporting, and data analysis, Kelly and her team create comprehensive, customized risk management strategies for clients. Her leadership and expertise continue to elevate both her team and the clients they serve.
Prior to joining MJ, Kelly worked as an account manager for Mead & Company, Inc. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Kelly has grown to become an expert in several fields. Her main areas of specialization include the manufacturing, technology and healthcare fields, where she has been instrumental in developing tailored programming for clients in these industries. Her favorite part of the risk transfer specialist position is being able to form personal relationships with her clients
