Jessica Fisher joined the MJ Insurance team in 2009 as an account assistant in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. In 2011, she advanced to the role of client advocate and assumed a training & development role where she was charged with training new and existing employees. In 2022, she advanced to a manager role and became responsible for leading several MJ associates on the advocacy team. Her aptitude for learning the nuances of the industry along with her proficiency with technology has allowed her to become a valued part of the team.
On top of her management responsibilities, Jessica works with her team to develop and execute risk management programs and strategies tailored to each specific client. Jessica’s favorite part of her role is being able to teach and help people grow in both their personal and professional lives.
