Jake Stepuszek joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department and has since advanced to an associate account manager. In this role, Jake is integral in plan design and maintenance, working with client executives, vendors, and partners to facilitate change, renewals, and additional lines of coverage. He actively engages with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to implement comprehensive healthcare and benefits strategies for our clients.

Prior to MJ, Jake grew his professional experience through his role as a senior data analyst at Apex Management Group. Jake worked alongside clients to quantify their future healthcare and compensation costs. His ability to analyze data aligns seamlessly with our data-driven approach. In his role, Jake works with our analytics team to analyze claims information and develop any additional reporting that might be useful to our clients. His data-driven, strategic mindset makes him an invaluable member of our team.
