Irelin O’Donnell joined the MJ team as an analyst in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Irelin is responsible for partnering with clients to analyze and understand their healthcare strategy and deliver critical insights concerning their employee benefits strategies.
Prior to MJ, Irelin worked as a property claims adjuster for a large financial services firm. In this role, she handled moderate to complex property claims and helped clients achieve financial stability by writing estimates through xactimate and xactanalysis. Irelin’s experience in critical thinking and financial decision-making allows her to thrive on our team at MJ.
