Ian Haas joined the MJ team as a senior data engineer in our Enterprise Data department. Ian plays a key role in developing innovative solutions to navigate complex and evolving data, helping turn ambiguity into clear, actionable insights. He also contributes to designing and implementing data transformation workflows that ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and improve documentation of data models.
Prior to joining MJ, Ian gained experience working as an application developer at the intersection of government and retirement, building dashboards to evaluate logged system integrations, writing custom scripts to lead data acquisition efforts, and providing support across his
team. He effectively leverages his expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations in our proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®, thereby facilitating secure access to accurate and comprehensive information for MJ and our clients.
