Erin (Stines) Orr joined the MJ team as a client executive in the Benefits Consulting department and was quickly promoted to director of client experience. In her role, Erin leads the development and execution of clients’ benefits plan strategies in collaboration with MJ’s benefits consultants. She leads a group of client executives while being responsible for ensuring the delivery of our value proposition and exceptional client experience. Erin brings her aptitude for benefits plan development and strategy to advocate for client solutions. Her leadership combines expertise in consultative strategies with a commitment to enhancing the client experience, helping shape effective benefit strategies and drive client success.
With over a decade of industry experience, Erin specializes in keeping all projects and annual activities on track while managing and maintaining all vendor relationships for clients. She previously served at a global brokerage as assistant vice president and lead health solutions consultant, responsible for managing many large market clients and assisting with the strategy, design and execution of their benefits packages.
