Emily Manos joined the MJ team as a compliance specialist in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Emily works with the compliance team to support the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies for our clients. She also consults directly with our clients on health and welfare compliance issues regarding eligibility, plan administration, and other federal legislation.
Prior to MJ, Emily has held various client-facing roles in the employee benefits space. Using her prior experience as an account manager, Emily is able to communicate complex compliance topics to our clients in an easy to understand way. She is responsible for producing communication materials that inform both internal and external stakeholders about recent regulatory updates. Her passion for client experience and strong attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our team.
