Andrea Marchi joined the MJ team as a risk management analyst intern in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. After graduating from Butler University and spending several semesters with MJ, Andrea joined the team full-time as a data scientist in our Enterprise Data department. Since then, he has continued to expand his impact across the organization and now serves as director of software engineering. In his role, Andrea leads the development of innovative software solutions that enhance business operations, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency. He partners closely with IT and business units across MJ to identify opportunities for improvement and implement technology strategies that support organizational goals.

Prior to MJ, Andrea gained experience through a variety of roles where he discovered his passion for data and the stories it can tell. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a data-driven mindset and a strong interest in designing streamlined, automated processes that make organizations more efficient and effective. His combination of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills makes him a valuable asset to the MJ team.
