Ellen Silhasek joined the MJ team as a consultant in our Personal Insurance department. In her role, Ellen focuses on high-net-worth personal lines, helping clients navigate the unique coverage needs that come with significant assets, from luxury homes to complex property exposures. She brings a relationship-first approach to every account, working closely with clients to build coverage strategies tailored to their individual risk.

Ellen brings more than a decade of experience in the high-net-worth insurance space to her role at MJ. She spent years underwriting large, complex personal lines portfolios for high-net-worth clients across the western United States, structuring tailored coverage solutions in partnership with agency and broker networks. She later built and led territory sales efforts across multiple western markets, growing broker relationships and managing a substantial high-net-worth book of business while independently underwriting complex accounts. That depth of underwriting expertise paired with hands-on relationship management makes Ellen a valuable resource for MJ’s personal insurance clients.
