Elizabeth joined the MJ team as a communication specialist within our Benefits Consulting department. Her passion for content creation, communication strategy, and cross-functional collaboration quickly led to her promotion to content manager. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in developing and managing employee benefits content that aligns with our clients’ communication strategies. Elizabeth excels at tailoring content to meet specific client needs, ensuring clear and engaging messaging that enhances employee understanding and engagement. Her expertise has made her a valuable asset, significantly improving the effectiveness of our client communications.
Prior to MJ, Elizabeth worked as a press secretary and digital communications specialist for the Indiana State Senate, where she led digital communications for the Senate Majority Caucus, including video production, photography, graphic design, and layout design. She also wrote columns, press releases, and e-newsletters and liaised with the media on behalf of various state senators.
