Elexis Richards joined the MJ team as a surety service representative with the Surety team in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. As a surety service representative, Elexis plays a pivotal role in facilitating the issuance of surety bonds, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the various aspects of the bonding process. She is instrumental in gathering valuable information and calculating premiums for both our surety clients and underwriters. Elexis acts as the liaison between surety clientele and surety companies and serves as the main point.
Prior to MJ, Elexis worked as an assistant general manager. Through this role, Elexis gained valuable communication and leadership skills, which she utilizes in her position at MJ. Her ambition and determination for continued professional growth make her a vital asset to our team.
