Drew Taylor joined MJ as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Drew consults with both current and prospective clients to gain a clear understanding of their business objectives. He analyzes potential risk and crafts tailored strategies to optimize and enhance the effectiveness of their employee benefits programs.
Prior to MJ, Drew most recently served as a sales executive for a leading healthcare software company, where he played a key role in supporting strategic initiatives related to recruiting, benefits, and employee engagement. His experience enabled him to fulfill his commitment to providing exceptional service by building authentic relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, and helping them achieve their vision. With more than a decade of experience, Drew is an asset to both the MJ team and our clients.
