Andrew “Drew” Hannel joined the MJ team as an analytics intern. Through his commitment and growing expertise, he has since transitioned into a full-time position as a senior analyst within our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Drew plays a pivotal role in MJ’s purpose to provide exceptional service to our clients by understanding their benefits strategies and offering solutions based on data trends and insights through MJ’s proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®.
Prior to his role, Drew’s passion for analytics was nurtured during his academic journey at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business where he has pursued a master’s degree in finance. Through his internship experience, Drew has been able to further hone his spreadsheet design skills, risk management and corporate strategy knowledge, option pricing variations and more. Drew’s curiosity and determination to develop his knowledge and skillset have made him an invaluable addition to MJ.
