Dalton Might joined the MJ team as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Dalton works with clients to connect their business goals to their employee benefits program. He proactively drives sales and services to new and existing clients by understanding their unique business needs, identifying potential solutions, and developing innovative healthcare and benefit strategies.
Prior to MJ, Dalton gained experience through a variety of sales consultant roles. His true passion lies in making a difference in everyday life by helping and assisting clients find the best ways to protect themselves and their employees. In his role Dalton strives to provide unparalleled service by working with clients to truly understand their business and designing innovative solutions that align with the company’s corporate goals and objectives. His commitment to delivering the best benefit programs for our clients make him an invaluable asset to the MJ team.
