Claire (CiCi) O’Connell joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department and has since been promoted to an associate client manager. In her role, CiCi collaborates with client executives, vendors, and partners to manage changes, renewals, and new coverage options. Cici works closely with various internal MJ teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies.
Prior to MJ, CiCi studied at the University of Arizona where she earned her degree in journalism along with a minor in communication. Honing in on what she learned from her studies, CiCi uses her excellent communication and writing skills to serve as a dedicated advocate on our clients’ behalf. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an outstanding addition to our team.
