Andrea Marchi joined the MJ team as a risk management analyst intern in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. After graduating from Butler University and spending several semesters with MJ, Andrea joined the team full-time as a data scientist in our Enterprise Data department. He has since taken on the role of lead software architect. His day-to-day involves enhancing risk assessment and decision-making processes. With a strong background in data science and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes, Andrea collaborates closely with IT and other business units to understand data requirements and implement tailored data solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring that insights lead to actionable strategies.
Prior to MJ, Andrea gained experience through a variety of roles where he realized his passion for data and the story it tells. Throughout his career, Andrea has consistently cultivated a data-driven mindset, recognizing the importance of leveraging data to solve complex problems. He has a strong interest in designing streamlined, automated processes, making MJ more efficient and effective for our clients. This combination of skills and interests make him as a valuable asset to the MJ team.
