She takes the time to understand each client’s priorities, helping them navigate employee benefits with confidence while identifying opportunities to enhance their programs over time.
Before stepping into this role, Abby got an early look at MJ firsthand as an advocacy intern, an experience that confirmed she wanted to build her career here. Drawing on experience in client-facing roles across multiple industries, Abby has developed a strong foundation in relationship management, problem-solving, and responsive service. Her approach is centered on being a trusted resource—anticipating client needs, communicating clearly, and providing thoughtful solutions that support long-term success.
