Emi Robinson joins the MJ team as an associate analyst in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Emi supports the analytics team by helping collect, clean, and validate data to ensure it’s ready for meaningful analysis. She contributes to the development of reports and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients alike, all while building her foundation in the statistical and modeling techniques that drive smarter employee benefits strategies.
Emi brings hands-on analytical experience from her time as a media analyst intern, where she developed her ability to work with data and communicate findings in a fast-moving environment. Her background in business analytics, information management, and marketing gives her a versatile lens for approaching business problems—one that blends data fluency with an eye for how information can tell a story and drive decisions. That combination makes her a strong addition to MJ’s growing analytics team.
