Lisa Hesler joined the MJ team as an executive assistant to our Chief Marketing Officer, Britni Shrout, President + Chief Operating Officer Jon Loftin and Senior Vice President – Commercial Insurance, Aaron Parker. Lisa serves as a trusted partner to executives, helping manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure daytoday operations run smoothly. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and proactive approach, she helps create efficiency and consistency across teams while supporting a positive, professional experience for colleagues and partners alike.
