Diane Dugan joined the MJ team in 2015 as a client support specialist in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Her primary role involves processing certificates and carrier audits, verifying policies, and updating claim information. Through these tasks, Diane ensures that she provides clients with the highest level of customer service, including timely, organized, and accurate processing of information.
Before joining MJ, Diane accumulated experience in various fields, including serving in the U.S. Army as a medical records technician, functioning as a unit secretary in the Department of Defense, and working in banking as a credit department employee and bank teller. Diane’s diverse professional background has equipped her with a range of skills, which she brings to her current role at MJ.
