Alexa Williams joined the MJ team as a client manager in our Benefits Consulting department and was quickly promoted to the role of associate client executive. In her role, Alexa is responsible for helping MJ’s clientele navigate their benefit needs with short- and long-term solutions. Alexa’s passion for teamwork shines as she works closely with various teams to review plan design summaries, collaborates with consultants on renewal services and contracts and maintains productive relationships with vendor and TPA personnel.
Prior to MJ, Alexa worked as a client manager for a leading financial services organization. In this position, Alexa coordinated and led client meetings with internal teams and carrier partners regarding open enrollment strategy, implementation projects and Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement. Her ability to create and implement solutions tailored to clients is what makes Alexa a wonderful addition to the MJ team.
