Jehna Hall joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, she collaborates with client executives to ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of client benefit strategies. Her focus is on maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting the Benefits Consulting team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Prior to MJ, Jehna gained valuable experience in the healthcare industry, holding positions such as medical scheduler, coordinator, and benefits specialist. Through these roles, she cultivated her passion for finding innovative solutions and embracing forward-thinking approaches. Her dedication to driving positive change and delivering exceptional client experiences makes her a valuable asset to the MJ team.
