Amy Weeks Bittner joined the MJ team as the vice president of business + community development within our Benefits Consulting department. In this multifaceted role, Amy champions MJ’s community commitment through board service, volunteering, and community-giving initiatives. She also focuses on new business development across all MJ business units and facilitates connections among local Colorado business leaders through networking events, roundtables, and industry gatherings. She is dedicated to relationship management and actively supports our mutually beneficial partnerships.
Amy brings over 18 years of industry experience and a wealth of expertise to our MJ team. She is also dedicated to promoting women’s leadership and advancing equality globally. In 2023, she was accepted into the International Women’s Forum (IWF), an exclusive network of highly accomplished women worldwide.
