Jon Loftin joined The MJ Companies in 2004 as vice president of operations and assumed the role of president and chief operating officer in 2006. With a career spanning multiple decades in the insurance industry, Jon brings extensive leadership experience and deep industry knowledge to his role as a recognized business leader.
As MJ’s chief strategy officer and president of property & casualty, Jon helps shape the firm’s long-term strategic direction while continuing to lead one of MJ’s largest business units. In his role as chief strategy officer, he works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align enterprise priorities with MJ’s vision, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, evaluate strategic investments, and position the organization for long-term success. In addition, Jon continues to oversee the strategy and performance of MJ’s Property & Casualty business, ensuring continued growth, client value, and operational excellence. As a member of MJ’s Executive Leadership Team, he helps guide enterprise decision-making and fosters alignment across the organization in support of MJ’s purpose and future aspirations.
Jon’s leadership is marked by his dedication to MJ’s constituents: associates and their families, business partners, clients, and the community.
