The MJ Companies|
Lula Laubecher joined the MJ team in 1998, starting in the Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Over time, she grew to become the leader she is today. Before her current role, Lula was a commercial lines team leader in MJ’s construction practice group and most recently served as the client advocacy team leader. Currently, as the manager of risk transfer, she leads a team of risk transfer specialists who serve mid-market and small commercial clients. Her primary focus is to develop and establish best practices, procedures, and risk management processes throughout the department, all aimed at optimizing client experience and success.
Before joining MJ, Lula worked at Protect-All Insurance Agency. With almost 25 years of experience, Lula works with her team to create comprehensive risk management strategies, focusing on their clients’ tolerance for risk to provide the best possible solution while offering extraordinary service. Through this process, she and her team are able to tailor programs that fit the specific needs of their clients throughout the country.
