Rob Baumgartner joined the MJ team in 1996 as a risk management consultant within our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Over the years, he ascended to become a principal of the firm in 2008. Rob’s expertise lies in the construction, real estate development, and surety segments of our business.
Before venturing into the insurance industry, Rob kickstarted his career as an owner/operator of a family construction company. His background and extensive knowledge in this field have been the driving force behind his dedication to serving the unique needs of the construction, surety, and real estate industries.
