Rebecca Sterchi joined the MJ team in 2018 as an employee benefits consultant within our Benefits Consulting department. An industry veteran, Rebecca brings over two decades of industry experience and a wealth of knowledge in the human resources, employee benefits and healthcare fields.
With previous experience working in HR Consulting and for one of the nation’s largest health insurers, Rebecca brings a unique perspective to the team. At MJ, Rebecca develops customized benefits programming for her clients that minimize exposures, manage risks, and helps to recruit and retain their unique workforce. Her expertise lies in employee benefits strategy, plan design, and consulting group clients on cost containment initiatives. As a consultative advisor, Rebecca enjoys working with HR leadership and corporate officers to both understand and align their overall business goals and objectives to their employee benefit programs.
