Pete Norcia joined the MJ team in 2002 as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. Due to his exceptional growth and leadership skills, Pete was promoted to agency principal within just one year. Pete and his team collaborate with clients to align their employee benefits strategies with the overall goals of their organization and optimize their employee benefits budget.
Prior to joining MJ, Pete worked as a regional sales manager for CNA Insurance Companies. With over 30 years of experience in both the agency and carrier side of the industry, Pete specializes in benefit design and utilization analytics, wellness strategy and implementation, communication and education strategy, and compliance and benefits technology. His expertise in these areas has made him a valuable asset to our team.
