Weston Guili joined the MJ team as a risk management associate in the Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. In his role, Weston collaborates with our clients and carrier partners to execute our clients’ insurance program and risk management strategies. He plays an essential role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience while implementing each client’s unique strategy.
Before joining the team, Weston worked as an intern at an investment firm specializing in retirement planning services. During his time there, he worked to assist his team with a variety of daily tasks to alleviate workload and increase client satisfaction. He observed appointments across a range of clientele to strengthen his understanding of how the wealth management team operated. Through this experience, Weston realized his passion for delivering an exceptional client experience, a passion he is now living out at MJ.
