Shauna Henley joined the MJ team in 2013 as a wellness coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department and quickly developed into becoming MJ’s director of population health and wellness. In 2025, Shauna advanced to the role of associate director, client executive in the Employee Benefits department. With extensive experience in employee benefits, Shauna serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for complex client scenarios and specialized strategies. In her current role, she helps lead the client experience team, guiding the development and execution of clients’ benefit plan strategies while ensuring seamless collaboration and support from her team.
Prior to joining MJ, Shauna gained professional experience as a wellness intern at both Interactive Intelligence and MJ, where she worked to develop structured wellness programs tailored to the company’s environment. With her unique insight gained on both the client and agency levels, Shauna’s ability to create and deploy purpose-built programs has made her a true value-add to our employee benefits clientele.
