Morgan Agster joined the MJ team in 2017 as an assistant account manager in our Benefits Consulting department and was quickly promoted to client executive. In 2025, she advanced to the role of manager of our client experience team. In this role, Morgan ensures client satisfaction and retention by overseeing team operations, developing tailored solutions, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Along with servicing the daily needs of our clientele, she strives to provide an extraordinary client experience, helping shape effective benefit strategies and drive client success.
Before joining MJ, Morgan worked as a leadership consultant for Kappa Kappa Gamma, where she served as a traveling consultant specializing in the leadership development of collegiate women. She also supported the development and continuation of chapters across the nation. Leveraging the skills she gained, Morgan has a unique ability to see the big picture, enabling her to develop strategic approaches for our clients that help them realize their goals.
