Molly Lane joined the MJ team in 2021 as an assistant client manager in our Benefits Consulting department. Molly was quickly promoted to client manager, and in 2025, she advanced to the role of senior client manager. In this role, Molly is integral in plan design and maintenance, working with client executives, vendors, and partners to facilitate change, renewals, and additional lines of coverage.
Before MJ, Molly worked for Host Healthcare as a central point of contact regarding payroll for travel healthcare professionals. Molly’s customer support skills and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to team MJ.
