Melissa Myers joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. She quickly rose through the ranks and now holds the position of client manager. In her role, Melissa works closely with other client managers and client executives to ensure the accuracy of policy details for benefit plan strategies. She meticulously reviews plan design summaries, including essential documents like the Summary of Benefits and Coverage and the Summary Plan Description. Melissa’s dedication and attention to detail contribute to the seamless execution of our client’s benefit plans.
Prior to MJ, Melissa held positions that demonstrated her ability to problem-solve and provide the utmost level of customer service. Her attention to detail, team-player attitude, and passion for building long relationships make Melissa a true value add to our team.
